I'm feeling really restless at the moment that I just don't know what to do with myself. I had the day off today and all I could do was stress about work, this wasn't helped by one of my colleagues calling me on my day off to ask me a work question, the same thing happened on my last day off, hello??? it's called a day OFF!! honestly....

So I made myself go to yoga tonight and last night in an attempt to zen myself out and take my mind off it all but it's just not working, I switch off while I'm in my class and then start to stress again, this is not good for me! I'm reading like a mad thing at the moment as it stops me stressing and actually allows me to switch off and stop stressing, and of course it's a cheap thing to do so I'm not spending that much money. I am spending more than I should be, I'm trying to stick to the £50 a week budget and it's not been too bad but I'm out with my housemate this weekend for dinner so I need to reign it in and try and manage what I have left in my account. I paid £525 into my savings this month, which I want to keep in there and also to carry on paying that same amount into my savings each month so it means I have to be really careful about cash and not to go too crazy.

I did manage to get myself together at the weekend and tidy and clean out my room, it looks so nice and tidy now and I know where everything is after putting everything in its place and throwing out anything I didn't need, let's hope I can keep it that way!

lol When you are on day off switched off your phone until the hours of work is finished. If you cannot switched it off then answer calls that does not belongs to co-workers. When one is a efficient staff then his/her phone will always ring and day off is only a mockery and so you need to put your foot down. Glad that yoga allowed you to be yourself.

Resistance training is the best thing to relieve stress. Hit the weights for 20 minutes. www.realage.com has a great 20 minute workout one can do at home.

realage is the best helath site I've come across.

we all go through phases like this. keep reading. you'll make it. and don't be too hard on yourself if you fall off the wagon, i've found that when i'm too hard on myself i just keep downward spiraling. if i accept what i did without judgement, as just part of "being human," it's much easier to redirect myself the right way. best wishes dear xo
